Order Cancellations:

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, before it is shipped, at no cost. Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refund Eligibility:

If the product is damaged during shipping, please contact USPS directly for resolution.

• If you receive the wrong or a defective item, please contact us within 7 days, and we will arrange for a return and refund to cover the difference if appicable.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within two weeks after the return is processed.

Return Shipping Costs:

If your return qualifies for a refund, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide you with a prepaid return label.

Non-Refundable Situations:

Please note, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for products if:

• The product has been opened and sprayed.

• You change your mind or are dissatisfied with the fragrance. All sales are final in such cases.

Partial Refunds:

We do not offer partial refunds for returned items.
